The rest of the weeks weather was bitterly cold but dry with some glimpses of the sun.
Finally I'd like to say a big thank you to Alison - Hey Good Booking for the lovely gifts I won in her giveaway. They arrived safely during the week whilst we were away. There is a beautiful soft pink scarf which is so cosy, a white cloth with Sweet Little Cupcakes across the corner which look good enough to eat, a wash cloth with an aida band for cross stitching a design on and a very cute reindeer for our Christmas Tree. Thank you so much Alison they are all so lovely and I shall enjoy using/wearing/looking at them. Duckie has given me an award:
I'd like to pass this award on to all the lovely people who leave me a comment. I really appreciate all your comments and I love reading your blogs too. Hope you all have a good week Jane x

I wish you could see how green I am ... of envy that is. Paris? Are you kidding me! I would so love to go to Paris, sigh, sigh, double sigh!
That sounds so much fun! I've never been to Europe, let alone Paris. I'm as envious as raining sheep!
Half term in Paris sounds lovely. The Eiffel Tower is amazing - I went all the way to the top when I was 15 and the views are incredible.
Great photos :-)

Oh, that's one of my dreams. To visit Paris!
I loved your Paris pictures, they brought back some happy memories! .... the memory of all those steps up to the top of the tower NOT being one of them!!
Funny that Tony's Aunt has lived there all her life and not been up .... we used to live at the foot of Dartmoor virtually, and did we ever go up there? Nah!
Lovely goodies and a chocoholic award, how marvellous!
:)
What a wonderful holiday, the weather notwithstanding! I too am envious, having never been to France.
Jealousy is an ugly thing, but I am soooooo jealous. Your trip sounded so great! Thank you for sharing! Oh and then to get home to a giftie, congrats! All of this said with green eyes of envy!
Paris looks wonderful as always, even if the weather wasn't brilliant. Glad the goodies arrived safely and that you are pleased with them.
